Al Manara Classic Executive Studio

Negative: Nothing, they had no keys for my room because it was not registered in the system,, every time I had to wait for half an hour for the security to open for me the door, the bathroom was dirty, sheets dirty and when I asked them to change them no one entered the room for 3 days, no tv since the wire cable couldn't be connected to the wall because it was short, noise since the morning due to construction on the floor. I don't know how this property is registered with booking.com , my worst stay ever
